Prices and payment
All displayed prices and payments are in US dollars (USD), including orders delivered to Canada. Your payment provider may apply its own currency conversion charges. Standard shipping and returns are free. Your final order total is displayed before payment. No purchase is completed by simply adding an item to your cart.
Orders and availability
Review your selected items, quantities and address before placing an order. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your request. If an item becomes unavailable, an address cannot be served or a material listing error affects your order, we will contact you with the available options; we will not substitute a product or change an agreed price without your approval. If an order is cancelled after payment, we will refund it.
Product information
Read each product’s dimensions, condition, specifications and included items before ordering. Images may show a setting or accessories; only items expressly included in the product description are supplied. Follow the manufacturer’s installation and safety instructions. Product-specific warranty information is supplied where available; no blanket manufacturer warranty is promised.
Delivery and returns
Delivery is available to the United States and Canada only. Total estimated delivery is 6–10 business days for the US and 9–12 for Canada, including 1–2 handling days.
Request a return within 90 calendar days of delivery. Change-of-mind items must be unused, unassembled and complete. No restocking fee. Free return shipping, including freight, for eligible returns from the US and Canada.
