How long does delivery take?
Allow 1–2 business days for handling, then 5–8 business days in transit in the United States or 8–10 in Canada. Total estimated delivery is 6–10 business days for the US and 9–12 for Canada.
Can I return an item?
Request a return within 90 calendar days of delivery. Change-of-mind items must be unused, unassembled and complete. No restocking fee. Free return shipping, including freight, for eligible returns from the US and Canada.
What about sheds and playsets?
The same 90-day window applies to unused, unassembled large items. Freight returns need arranged collection and suitable protective packaging. We arrange freight collection at no charge.
How can I place an order?

Are shipping and returns included?
Prices are in US dollars. Shipping and eligible 90-day returns are free for the US and Canada, with no import charges payable on delivery. Your final order total is shown before you confirm payment.
