Handling takes 1–2 business days after your order is accepted. Transit takes 5–8 business days within the United States and 8–10 business days to Canada. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding applicable public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.
Shipping charges
Standard shipping is free for all orders delivered in the United States and Canada. There is no minimum spend. We do not charge an additional shipping or handling fee.
Canada and import charges
We cover any import duties and customs clearance charges associated with delivery to Canada. You will not be asked to pay these charges to receive your order. Your final order total is shown before you confirm payment.
Large items and delivery access
Large equipment, sheds, gazebos and playsets may travel by freight. If an appointment is needed, delivery arrangements will be confirmed before dispatch. Please make sure your delivery location has safe vehicle access. Assembly and installation are not included unless the product page expressly says otherwise. Contact us before ordering if your location has access restrictions.
Tracking and delivery problems
We provide shipment confirmation and available tracking after dispatch. If your order is late, missing or arrives damaged, email support@cedarfieldoutdoors.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and explain the available resolution. Keep packaging and photographs of damage where possible.
Delivery addresses
We deliver only to the United States and Canada. Check your address carefully before payment. To request a correction or cancellation, contact support@cedarfieldoutdoors.com promptly; changes may not be possible after dispatch.
